I thought it might be helpful to drop you a line about the quality of the service my dog, Bess, received when we went to Sue Alexander fro the first time last week. We had previously used the services of Debbie and were uncertain asto whether Sue would deliver the same quality of service.

Bess is a lively three year old springer, who does not respond well to strangers and can be a bit of a handful. All I can say is that Sue was absolututely superb in how she handled Bess, explaining exactly to us what our options were, what she suggested she was going to do and how Bess looked after her "wash and cut". For her part, Bess obviously thoroughly enjoyed the experience and her whole demeanopur showed how proud she was afterwards with the "new image".

I would recommend Sue to anyone, not only for the quality of her professional services, but for her friendly manner and natural warmth. What comes over is someone who knows and loves what she is doing, is very knowledgeable and has a genuine affinity for dogs.

All of which reflects highly on your selection and training systems. You are delivering a service of quality to the community.

    Had a call to do a dog - Molly, a cross cairn/westie and it was for a clip and wash. Mrs Blackaby told me Molly would be very difficult as she never keeps still so she arranged for her daughter Debbie to stay in the van with me all the time.
      With Debbie holding Molly, I managed to clip her and then bathed and attempted to dry her. She hated the dryer and tried to eat it!!. I finished her off with a towel and Debbie thought I'd done a great job.
      Debbie thought her Mom would be really pleased so she took her in while I cleaned up. She told me to pop in for a cup of tea. Debbie explained to her mom how hard I'd worked on Molly.
      I checked my mobile later for messages and heard a message from Mrs Blackaby, saying " after Molly dried out I realised she looked lovely and that you'd done a great job. I'll definitely book you again and thank you"

"Just a note to let you know how pleased we were with the work you did on Ellie and Jasper in Hammondstreet Road on Friday. I couldn't believe how gorgeous they looked when I got home from work that evening. I liked how you just trimmed their fur a little behind their haunches and round their ears etc , where it grows so long and starts going into ringlets, especially Jasper. Brian said they jumped happily into your van and then emerged like new dogs! Much more convenient and more pleasant for them than going into a shop to have it all done. It's a great way to look after your dog and I shall be recommending you and the company to my friends.I will be calling to make another appointment in a couple of months so we can continue to keep their coats nice and neat and clean. This is going to be a fairly regular thing now I have found the easy answer for getting my dogs groomed and looking good!

Having had to get him sedated in the past we decided to give it a go without getting him knocked out and due to the cost, was over £100 last time.

Fiona was fantastic the cut she gave him was superb and will be getting her back on a regular occurrence to groom him.Also passed her number on to some neighbours and will certainly spread the word.
