Hi, I have been reading your testimonials on your site and noticed there are none from my area so thought I would send you one. I live in Basildon and used to use paws and claws in southend for my westie Jack. However I noticed that each time he came back he was getting more and more stressed and upset and got to the stage where he did not want to go. The last straw came when they delivered him back to me one day and they had cut him underneath and it was so bad he had to see a vet. So I thought I would try your service and contacted heather the wickford agent. When she arrived for the first time Jack was very wary of her but off he went and came back unstressed and with a lovely haircut. I have used heather  now every 2 months to cut his hair and clip my other two dogs nails and she is wonderful. Jack looks forward to his visits with her and I have recommended her to my friends.
